A grand dining room table, seating 12 up to 20 persons, a huge fireplace decorates one entire wall and seems to hold court, in this perfect location to share your lunches and dinners.

The well-equipped large kitchen with professional stoves, an industrial dishwasher, a double refrigerator, and a marble-topped table provides the necessary tools to create your preferred food cooked on the barbeque located directly outside the kitchen door, or with the kitchen’s oven.
In the warm weather months, you can comfortably eat outdoors, under the large gazebo.  A big table and chairs for 20 persons welcome you to the courtyard.

On the ground floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine.

This floor is completed by a bedroom with twin beds with an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower.

First Floor

On the first floor, there are 5 spacious bedrooms all with beautiful wooden beam ceiling and ceiling fans.

The spacious and relaxing bedrooms rooms each have their own en-suite bathroom. All the bathrooms have been completely restored and have large showers. The furnishings have been carefully chosen in order to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment, which is in harmony with the essence of the Villa.

Living Rooms

On the upper floor of the Villa, you will discover two large and beautifully bright living rooms. The warm rays of the Tuscan sunshine through the enormous arched windows and you can thoroughly relax on the comfortable sofas and or armchairs.

The comforts of home have not been forgotten: within an elegant antique large cabinet, you will discover a satellite TV, a DVD, and a CD player.

Swimming Pool

The pool area is next to the Villa, is completely fenced off, and has a lockable gate.

The swimming pool area is surrounded by rambling roses guaranteeing privacy, an olive grove, and 2 hectares of the lawn.

The swimming pool is 15 meters x 7 meters and goes from 1.20 meters to 1.40 meters in depth

The Villa provides for guests use of a red-earth TENNIS COURT in a walk distance from the Villa
