This charming apartment has been elegantly restored by the current owners and provides a quiet home on the edge of an ancient hamlet enjoying far-reaching views over the Maremma countryside.

The apartment is accessed from the main piazza of the village via a typical narrow lane and entered by a gate to its private terrace. A modern, island kitchen is immediately off the terrace leading into a large, lofty living room with a handsome fireplace. From here one can go down some spiral stairs to the guest area which offers a large bedroom and bathroom with its own door to the village. From the living room, a few steps lead down to a single guest bedroom or studio, a bathroom serving this and a large double bedroom and with a door to the terrace. There is also a cantina below the apartment.
Every window offers a unique and stunning view of the countryside.
