Among the harmonious hill of Tuscany in the heart of the Chianti countryside, this exclusive wine estate consists of a beautifully restored hamlet currently running as a boutique hotel and a state-of-the-art winery with a wine tasting office and staff dwelling. The land of the property covers 135 hectares of land, the vineyards have a surface of ha 25, the remaining land is covered in ha 3.5 of olive grove, ha 25 of arable land, and ha 80 of wood.
