Villa Description

THE SWIMMING POOL has a rectangular shape and is 6, 20 x 4, 00 meters large, from 0.30 to 1.60 meters deep. The interior of the pool consists of dowels with chromatic characteristics, among which the change of color of the water depending on the depth of the pool and of the direction of the solar rays.

The Jacuzzi area has six seats, the swimming pool has a drop-down water feature and alighting spot. It is open from April to the beginning of November.

THE LARGE TERRACE around the swimming pool offers about 200 square meters (2.200 Square feet) of magnificent outdoor panoramic space equipped with a big table and chairs for 12, benches, sun chairs, and umbrellas. From the terrace, you will have a stunning view of the sea and scenic vistas to Positano. You will reach the terrace and the swimming pool from each level of the villa.

On the ground floor, you will find the private garage (for 6 small size cars or 4 medium/large size cars). the garage has direct access from the main street. The elevator will bring you from the garage to the villa.

BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, air conditioning, and heating. From the bedroom, you will have access to a private balcony equipped with a table and chairs, with a stunning view of the sea and Positano. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.
