This luxury farmhouse was completely renovated in 2021 using traditional local materials such as stone and travertine, combines the elegance and historic authenticity with contemporary comfort and style.

Ground Floor

A large open space living area, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room with a round dining table for ten, and two lounge areas. The Fireplace lounge, with a comfortable sofa and armchair provide the perfect spot for enjoying the travertine fireplace, looking out at the garden through a large window. The TV lounge area, with a comfortable leather sofa in front of a 65-inch Smart TV, so you can enjoy your favourite TV series or play with the Playstation.

There are two covered patios, one adjacent to the living room featuring a conformable sofa area overlooking the garden and one connected to the kitchen with a rectangular table seating twelve people.

Complete the ground floor, two comfortable ensuite bedrooms.

The First bedroom has two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed on request, an armchair and an open wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has a large travertine shower.

The second Bedroom has French-sized double bed, armchair and wardrobe with a chest of drawers. Private bathroom with a large travertine shower.

A design corten steel staircase leads to the First Floor, with three spacious ensuite bedrooms enjoying breathtaking views. The flooring in the bedroom area is aged acacia parquet, all the rooms have independent heating and air conditioning, ensuite stone and travertine bathrooms, and wardrobes or walk-in closets.

The first master bedroom measures about 50 square meters and contains a spacious walk-in closet at the entrance. The bedroom is divided into a lounge area with a sofa and TV and a bedroom area with a king-sized bed. The large, brightly lit bathroom with two windows overlooking the clay hills of Siena contains twin sinks, a toilet area and a magnificent travertine double shower.

The second master bedroom measures about 40 square metres and contains a spacious walk-in closet at the entrance. This master bedroom has four windows facing the sunrise and contains a queen-sized bed, a lounge area with a sofa and TV and a bare ceramic vase. The room has two separate bathroom areas: one with twin sinks and a large travertine shower, and another with a sink, toilet and bidet.
