VILLA SAN PIETRO is a sumptuous and immaculately decorated residence that gives you a real historical sense of Positano.

Dating back to 1741 when wealthy merchants would view the entire harbor of Positano as their ships returned from sea, the villa is adorned with frescos and artworks by famous artists of the period. No expense was spared in creating a unique experience of true Italian opulence for its residents. Although built in the 18th Century, the Villa was renovated in 2013 ensuring that the antiques and period paintings now come with the latest in contemporary technology and comforts. It is very rare to be able to experience both the historical aspects alongside all the luxuries of modern living.

Deep in the hills overlooking the beautiful picturesque setting of Positano, the Villa sleeps up to 16 guests in its 8 double suites set over 4 floors. Much thought has gone into the presentation and theme of each suite, giving the residents a treasure trove of beautiful artworks and antiques to explore and appreciate. Each suite features a private bathroom embellished with handsome Neapolitan ceramics.

Walking through the villa is like a walk through the region’s aristocratic past. Enter either through the second-floor main entrance or from the Mediterranean garden brimming with lemon and orange trees and leading to panoramic views of the Amalfi coast from the terrace. Perfect for scenic breakfasts, romantic dinners, and special sunset moments this 300 sqm terrace is an experience all of its own. You can always cool off in these stunning surroundings with a dip in the private swimming pool.

On the second floor, there is a wonderful, fully appointed kitchen. Enjoy the services of a personal chef who is at your disposal for the duration of your stay. There is no better way to experience typical local dishes made with love and care than by letting a personal chef cook you something to remember. Perhaps afterward you can relax and unwind in the spacious living and dining areas on the same floor.

dining-room furnished for 16 people; kitchen with wood-burning oven; spacious living room; 2 downstairs bathrooms.

8 ensuite bedrooms with the possibility to add up to 4 extra beds at the Attic Suites for up to 20 persons.

Upper level: 4  double bedrooms (king/twins) with access from the panoramic terrace.  Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower.
Lower level: 4 double bedrooms (king/twins) with access from the panoramic terrace. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower.

Attic suites

In the attic of Villa San Pietro, there are 2 brand new suites, furnished in a modern style, each with a 4 guest capacity

These suites can be booked on request and have an additional cost.
